Tim and Karen Chrisman are dear and treasured friends of my sweetie, Sheila Kennedy Bryant, and I.
Karen is Tim's anchor, taking care of his loving mother and their multiple households (hey Karen -- I will gladly take care of Cambria for you -- ha, ha, ha!), and Tim is one of mine! One of those few people that I trust to help take care of me, and keep me on the right track!
Tim and I have known each other since 1996, when as chairman of then Hawthorne Savings Bank, he encouraged the bank to grant $1 million over 4-years to fund our first HOPE Center, located in South Los Angeles. A true visionary, Tim is today the chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, vice chairman of the Federal Home Bank network, and is chairman and CEO of Chrisman and Company, a successful and leading edge executive search firm. In short -- Tim is a bad brotha (ha, ha, ha)! Good people too. Honored to know you friend. Love you both.... We both do!
Onward, with HOPE
