My spiritual father Rev. Dr. Cecil "Chip" Murray recently shared a story with me about choices, love leadership and responsibility, and I wanted to share it with you.
An angry, frustrated young man approaches the wise man and says to him, "wise man, I have a bird in my hand. Is he alive or dead?" The wise man responds, "well my son, if I say it is alive, you will kill it." The wise man continues, "if I say it is dead, you will release it, and let it go." The wise man says in conclusion, "my son, it is in your hands."
Enough said. Your life is in your hands.
