This book is a well written easy to read guide from which you can form your own love leadership. As you flip into the first page through the close of the cover, there isn't any new lesson that you get other than encouragement to be your authentic self. Mr. Bryant writes this book as an imperfect being who has learned through his failures. He serves as a perfect example for anyone in leadership or those who aspire to lead as a service to others. I would recommend this book to anyone. I believe that this book will provide a guide for the 21st century leader and follower. Once you have read this book you will realize your potential in restoring hope and dignity to those around you.
