HOPE Partners MetaPay Systems and Wolters Kluwer help make the Gallup HOPE Index a tool for education and business leaders
Los Angeles – August 15, 2013 – Financial dignity nonprofit Operation HOPE (HOPE) today commended partners MetaPay Systems, a leading provider of prepaid, credit, debit and emerging payments solutions, and Wolters Kluwer, a market-leading global information services company, for helping to bolster the profile of the 2012 Gallup HOPE Index (GHI) by playing a key role in the printing and mailing of the 14-page report. The GHI is an unprecedented survey that shows the role of America’s youth in the country’s future GDP and job growth.
Supported by MetaPay Systems and Wolters Kluwer, HOPE sent a printed edition of the GHI findings to approximately 20,000 influential people and organizations its partners, state senators, school superintendents and principals, trade organizations, governors, Fortune 500 companies, university heads, foundations and media contacts.
It is a powerful indicator that can also help guide leaders, educators, and individuals on what they need to focus on to ensure that American youth prosper in the future. Ultimately, program goals include gathering the opinions of 5 million youth nationwide, empowering 500,000 students through their participation in HOPE Business In A Box, and launching 25,000 micro-enterprises by 2020.
